9908 - Electrical upgrades, inspections & rewires to council properties

Notification of a direct award against an existing Eastern Procurement Ltd (EPL) framework for the procurement of works for electrical upgrades, rewires and inspections to council properties. The requirement has been split into two areas (upgrades and inspections - EICRs/ electrical wiring). As a member of EPL, the council benefits from the lower rates achieved from bulk discount achieved by grouping the work required by all its members. The companies who are rated as the suppliers offering the best value for money under the appropriate framework were Gasway Services Ltd. and Foster Property Maintenance Ltd.
