## Description

Sandwell MBC \(the Council\) are seeking to appoint a contractor for the provision of planned and reactive repairs and maintenance services\. The requirement is split in to two \(2\) lots: o Lot 1 - General Building Fabric across the Council's Public Assets \(excluding council housing assets\), to include emergency response and reactive repairs and planned minor works and refurbishment of planned maintenance projects\. o Lot 2 - Mechanical & Electrical Services to include statutory inspections and servicing, emergency repose and reactive repairs and planned minor works and refurbishment or planned maintenance projects \(excluding council housing assets\)\.
