Cordoba Agreement Pension Scheme

The FCDO also has responsibility for the payment of a pension related to overseas service agreements. There are currently approximately 678 monthly and 189 quarterly paid pensioners in receipt of this pension. This is a closed pension scheme, and the average age is around 91 years. The pensioner population is declining each year with a limited number of eligible widows. This is a bespoke pension scheme; and a working knowledge of the Gibraltar Pension Ordinances is essential. The administration of this pension scheme will require the supplier to engage with the Government of Gibraltar and maintain a strong working relationship to facilitate the sharing of critical information.
