4593- Provision of an Integrated Physical Disability Service

The London Borough of Bexley and NHS Bexley CCG currently supports adult and child service users who have a physical disability and whose needs for support cover a range of impairments including physical disabilities and sensory impairments. Details may be found in the Service Specifications. This exercise covers the re-provision of the services to be delivered as an integrated service by one selected Provider.
