## Description

The Borough Council of Kings Lynn and West Norfolk is inviting tenders for the provision of Local Authority Pollution Prevention and Control \(LAPPC\) Consultancy services\. As instructed by the Council, the Consultant will carry out inspections of Part A \(2\) and Part B installations as defined by the Environmental Permitting Regulations\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
