Work description
The council also relies on support and maintenance services from Arcus for Digital Services Hub, Staff Hub, Local Government CRM, Arcus Government Pack and Integrations. This includes important end of year processes for HR and garden waste and Gazetteer Managed Service which ensures the address database in the Arcus platform is updated via updates from the council's Local Land and Property Gazetteer.
