Relevant services are project management and cost management to deliver the New Hospitals Programme project (NHP) at the Dorset County Hospital Dorchester under the ProCure 22 framework for P22 Stage 3 (FBC) to agreement of Guaranteed Maximum Price utilising: LOT 2 Project Management LOT 4 Quantity Surveyor Project Description: DCHFT New Hospitals Programme - Preferred Way Forward (PWF) project comprising new build Emergency Department and Critical Care Unit with helipad at Dorset County Hospital, Dorchester P22 NEC Project Manager and Trust Cost Adviser from the start of Full Business Case (FBC) stage (RIBA Stage 3) through to submission of the Full Business Case following agreement of a Guaranteed Maximum Price.
