## Description

Alongside the work on qualitative benefits, there are a number of benefits we believe we can quantify in a way that may positively impact the NPV \(Net Present Value\) of the three options\. We are seeking support from Frontier Economics to do this with input from APHA and Defra Policy\. Frontier Economics supported the development of the Economic Case contained in the Outline Business Case\.
