Short Stay Bed Based Hospital Discharge Service

This notice is for the provision of two, increasing to a maximum of three, short stay beds to support older people and people with a physical disability in their transition from hospital to home or other onwards destination. The current contractual requirement contracts two short stays beds, increasing to a maximum of three beds. The contract was let on a 6 months + 6 months basis.
