The overall aim is to provide evidence that helps implement the GB Plant Biosecurity Strategy, whose emphasis is on: \(a\) Pre-border activities; \(b\) At-border activities; \(c\) Post-border activities; \(d\) engagement; \(e\) capability, capacity, skills\.
