Work description
Wandsworth Borough Council was seeking a Contractor to carry out and assist the Council's Benefits team by providing a remote resilience service. The Contractor will deal with the day-to-day processing of benefits applications and changes as well as reply to complaints (including MP's and members enquiries) and reconsiderations (explanations and statement of reasons).
