## Description

Wandsworth Borough Council was seeking a Contractor to carry out and assist the Council's Benefits team by providing a remote resilience service\. The Contractor will deal with the day-to-day processing of benefits applications and changes as well as reply to complaints \(including MP's and members enquiries\) and reconsiderations \(explanations and statement of reasons\)\.
