## Description

Bristol City Council have a number of users within education, children's services and libraries that require Microsoft A5 Academic licenses\. The Council has previously appointed a supplier to provide its Microsoft licences up until 2023 taking benefit of the UK Government's MoU with Microsoft\. This award is done using the KCS framework for software\.
