## Description

Wealden District Council \('the Council'\) requires Managing Agents to take on the role of 'Fuel Poverty Partner' and provide a full turnkey solution by assessing current housing stock in the Wealden District and deliver measures in line with PAS 2030/2035 and the Council's Decarbonisation plan through the Council's capital projects \(involving retrofit and decarbonisation works to public and private housing stocks\) and bid funding through the SHDF, the LAD/HUG Fund\(s\) and other available funds as applicable for measures required\.
