Work description
The City of York Council are seeking a care home operator to construct and operate a new care home at Lowfield Green, York. The City of York Council will be commissioning access to 25 beds in the Care Home once constructed at a specified rate for a period of 10 years with an option to extend for up to a further 5 years.
