Botley Bypass Phase 3 Contam Land

A call-off from Lot B9 of the Place, Connectivity & Infrastructure Professional Services Framework 2022-2026 (Published 4 March 2022).

The service for this call-off consists of identifying further work required and providing the information to support discharge of Planning Conditions. the following services are required: 1. Gap Analysis of desk studies and site investigation reports for Botley Phase 3 area and identification/recommendations of any further work.

2. Interpretative Land Quality Assessment (LQA) Report for the Phase 3 area completed in accordance with Land Contamination Risk Management (LCRM) guidance to account for people, environment, controlled waters and services.
