EHRC 2324-18 Finance Systems Licensing and Support

Description

The Equality and Human Rights Commission is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced partner to provide licensing and support for our current suite of financial software.\\r\r \\r\r Services to include but not limited to:\\r\r -supporting the full portfolio of software\\r\r -supporting current integrations with other systems used in EHRC (both cloud based and on-premise)\\r\r -ensuring that licences are renewed according to requirements and their expiry date\\r\r -providing training and support as required on a call-off basis\\r\r -providing guidance regarding upgrading and patching of systems, act as source of patching software and notification\\r\r -providing value for money reviews and work in partnership to drive efficiencies and developments (including product integrations)
