## Description

The Equality and Human Rights Commission is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced partner to provide licensing and support for our current suite of financial software\.\\\\r\\r \\\\r\\r Services to include but not limited to:\\\\r\\r -supporting the full portfolio of software\\\\r\\r -supporting current integrations with other systems used in EHRC \(both cloud based and on-premise\)\\\\r\\r -ensuring that licences are renewed according to requirements and their expiry date\\\\r\\r -providing training and support as required on a call-off basis\\\\r\\r -providing guidance regarding upgrading and patching of systems, act as source of patching software and notification\\\\r\\r -providing value for money reviews and work in partnership to drive efficiencies and developments \(including product integrations\)
