## Description

This work forms part of the plan for Maritime Future Technologies to develop the UK's technology roadmap to reach zero emissions in shipping by 2050, as outlined in HM Government's Clean Maritime Plan\. Due to the complex technical nature of such requirements, specific procurement expertise is required to ensure that statements of requirement attract the right market interest and ultimately offer best value for money to the taxpayer\. The complexity and volume of activity in the pipeline demands additional resource at short notice\.
