Voids work to Boscarn Park Residential Gypsy and Traveller site

Corserv on behalf of Cormac Solutions Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to carry out the following works. Cornwall Housing have a void pitch on Boscarn Parc, Gypsy and Traveller site which needs to be cleared before improvement works on it can begin to bring it up to an acceptable standard. The work involves the removal of several abounded caravans and the clearance of potentially contaminated land. Unfortunately, the land has been neglected and is covered with animal feces which has attracted a significant amount of vermin.

The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 100% Price.
