Work description
Technical Support to DaaP(F) Phase 2 inlcuding: - Phase 2 Opportunity Assessments on Non – ISS ICT Systems and Services. - Summarisation of the Phase 2 activities, final in scope candidates and recommendations for any future work that may be taken into Phase 3. - Undertake an analysis of the transformation from Equipment centric supply to ITIL based service delivery.
