Technical Support to DaaP\(F\) Phase 2 inlcuding: - Phase 2 Opportunity Assessments on Non – ISS ICT Systems and Services\. - Summarisation of the Phase 2 activities, final in scope candidates and recommendations for any future work that may be taken into Phase 3\. - Undertake an analysis of the transformation from Equipment centric supply to ITIL based service delivery\.
