The contract will be for a city wide service covering both residential properties and civic assets and schools for asbestos removals\. Work may be packaged in the following Lots: a\) Lot 1 - Asbestos Removals Works in the West of the City - approximately £900,000 per annum b\) Lot 2 - Asbestos Removals Works in the East of the City - approximately £600,000 per annum c\) Lot 3 - Asbestos Removals Works in the South of the City - approximately £500,000 per annum
