## Description

Principle planning service including the following: \* Report writing undertaken by professional Town Planners employed by Capita; \* Liaison with Council officers as required; \* Monitoring of performance; \* Fixed fees based on the completion of individual applications\. Reasonable amendments and corrections are included within the fee for each application; \* Fees relate to application type \* For each application, the Consultant will: \* Review Planning Register online including application documents, correspondence, drawings, submitted evidence and consultation responses etc; \* Assess evidence; \* Liaise with Council case officers for queries as required; \* Write and return officer report; \* Provide decision recommendation; \* Submit report and recommendation to Council point-of-contact; and \* Complete and return applications within agreed time frame\.
