Programme Management for Full Chain Flexibility

Description

The role is for a consultant to provide programme management support in the development of the Full Chain Flexibility Strategic Change Programme to; Assist the ESMS leadership team in developing a strategic approach to delivering the objectives of the FCF Strategy. Work with ePMO, to set FCF SCP up to function within the wider strategic change and business planning systems. Engage teams within ESMS to identify, develop and scope policy projects to deliver the Strategic Outcomes of the SCP. Engage other directorates to develop, scope and monitor projects that contribute towards the FCF Strategic Outcomes. Work to include creating processes and facilitating discussions / workshops to systematically review, challenge, adapt and document existing workplans to reflect new strategic direction.
