## Description

Portsmouth City Council would like to gather feedback from potential providers of a service which we may go out to tender in the future\. The service would be to provide Respite Services within a Care Home setting \(with Nursing\) for individuals that have been assessed by the Carers Centre and meet the need for respite provision\.
