Description
Liverpool City Council (LCC) requires support from a strategic partner to develop a Preliminary Housing Strategy for the City. The Preliminary Housing Strategy will provide a strategic vision. It will lay out the ambition, priorities, and vision for Housing in the City. The Council plans to refresh the Preliminary Housing Strategy within 18 months, with the provision of further data and insights from the Strategic Housing Needs Assessment and more extensive consultation. The Preliminary Housing Strategy will provide the basis and foundations which can then be refined and built upon.\r The Housing Strategy will be\r • A high-level strategic document can effectively communicate Liverpool City Council's ambitions and objectives for housing across the city over the next five years, between April 2024 and March 2029.\r • Evidence based, drawing on appropriate and available intelligence, context and insight.\r • Align with and reflect the aims and ambitions of Liverpool's City Plan, and other key Council strategic documents.\r • Reflect regional and national influences, drivers and trends.\r • Include input and views from key partners and stakeholders, whose expert opinion will inform the content, priorities and plans contained in the strategy\r • Be supported by an accompanying Action Plan, that sets out the activities required to deliver the strategy\r • Propose a governance structure and performance monitoring mechanisms h to successfully deliver the strategy, including an annual review process Additional information: Do not contact offices directly.
