Phase 2 Area 1 West - Oceansgate, South Yard, Plymouth (Pre-Construction)

This is the Second Phase of the direct development of South Yard, Plymouth, to create a World Leading Marine Industries Production Campus (MIPC) which is the 'Flagship Project' in the South West Peninsula City Deal programme. This phase of the campus development comprises the erecting of office and industrial units on the site known as Area 1 (West) of South Yard. This phase will construct five buildings, car parking, service yard, site infrastructure and public realm which would consist of 1400m2 of light industrial units and 2037m2 of office development. The scheme will be constructed under one continuous phase, but there may be a requirement for sectional handover.
