## Description

The NECS communications and engagement team require a roster of suppliers who can deliver market research services\. Projects will be briefed to the supplier on an individual basis\. The whole life contract is estimated to be over 3 years but due to the dynamic nature of requests, individual PO numbers will be issued for each call off agreement\.
