## Description

The NERIMNET \(Replacement Monitoring System\) project is a cross-government project between Business Energy & Industrial Strategy \(BEIS\) and the Ministry of Defence \(MoD\) which will replace existing digital software \(RIMNET - BEIS existing monitoring system, NERIMS - MOD existing monitoring system\) to enable government to effectively control and manage a nuclear emergency\. NERIMNET will leverage improvements in technology to enable a more efficient and intuitive response, ensuring time-critical advice and recommendations reach SAGE and COBR\.
