Work description
The UK Government's Partnering for Accelerated Climate Transitions (UK PACT) programme invites quotations from qualified suppliers or consortia to establish and manage a responsive technical assistance facility in Vietnam.
The selected supplier will deliver targeted support across three components: 1. Greening the Vietnam International Financial Centre (IFC) 2. Strengthening national green finance regulations 3. Piloting and scaling innovative green finance instruments
The contract will be delivered through two distinct workstreams:
Workstream 1: Facility Management - Includes strategic planning, ODA registration, monitoring and reporting, and subcontractor management.
Workstream 2: Technical Assistance Delivery - Involves the design and implementation of technical packages aligned with government priorities, using in-house or consortium expertise.
