## Description

Corserv on behalf of Cormac Solutions is seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake painting and decorating works\. The overall project comprises the conversion of Chough House, a former office building located in River Street, Truro, Cornwall, to a Safe Place to Stay facility for Cornwall Housing, providing 3-5 nights respite for homeless people and providing ancillary spaces for staff on site\. The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tender based on 80% Price and 20% Quality\. A contractor Open Day for site review will be held on Friday 5th March 2021\.
