## Description

The Authority has appointed a contractor to carry out groundworks at Northumberland Park, Tynemouth Road, North Shields, NE30 2ES\. The groundwork includes removing current plastic mesh, fitting a geotextile membrane and installing resin bound gravel, fitting Yorkstone paving flags with a curved edged and sandstone edging\. Full details are on the attached Layout Plan\. TCommencement of the works are currently proposed to be agreed by the Authority with the Contractor
