## Description

The contract is to ensure CHP's adherence to the safety requirements as outlined in the Lifting Operations & Lifting Equipment Regulations \(LOLER\) 1998, To ensure compliance with these regulations, and for CHP to fulfil their duty of care over users of lifting equipment, the contractor is to undertake 6-monthly Thorough Examinations to all lifting equipment where LOLER 1998 applies\.
