Port Crane Repairs

Repair of 2 x 35 tonne crane motors. Replacement drive end and non-drive end bearings (and seals) with insulated types and additionally, the fitting of a solid earthing ring to the non- drive end bearing to provide for further insulation. The earthing from each of the crane's bed plate to be replaced by a 1.5 metre multi braid high insulation earth strap to further enhance insulation from stray electrical discharge.

Align the motors when they are subsequently re-fitted back into the cranes and undertake a vibration analysis when the cranes are in operation.

Include a two year warranty on the repair of motors.
