Rutland Mills Package 4 - Buildings 7 and 9 Shell and Core

The project comprises Shell and Core redevelopment of Buildings 7 and 9 together with Phase 1A of the Infrastructure/Utilities works providing ducting to whole site at Rutland Mills, Wakefield (to be known in the future as 'Tileyard North'. Works include repairs and replacements to roofs, windows and rooflights, masonry and brickwork repairs, new circulation cores and WCs.
