The Provision of Promotional Items

The duration of the contract will be for a two-year period, with the potential for a one-year extension subject to review after the two year period. This document sets out the client's current service requirements; however it is possible that changes may arise during the lifetime of the contract, for example regarding the nature and volume of work, or the timescale or other requirements. The Council and ancillary service areas have occasional need to purchase items to be used for promotional purposes or as corporate gifts. To this end we are seeking to appoint suppliers who specialise in supplying a wide range of quality promotional items that can be customised in line with the Council's corporate requirements.
