HMRC is committed to improving the service it offers to customers, and has recently adopted a new customer service approach for customers who have been in debt to HMRC. This research, with customers who have experienced the new approach, will provide evidence on customers' views and experiences of the new approach and will help us to identify any areas for improvement.
