Description

STDL is the owner of a large industrial estate (in excess of 2000acres) on the banks of the TEES and is seeking to appoint a Management Contractor to manage a variety of contract works packages as and when deemed required including but not limited to: \r - Carrying repairs to approximately 40 substations including roof replacement and repairs to internal areas NOTE STDL has its own HV department which will manage safe electrical access. \r - Repairs to metal clad buildings including removing, making safe and replacement of roof and wall sheeting. \r - Repairs to existing roads and Armco barrier \r - Large pothole repairs to site roads \r - Removal of waste in accordance with statutory requirements including oils, asbestos and fly tipped materials. \r - Repairs to external perimeter fencing \r - Establishing temporary accommodation for permanent site staff \r - Carrying internal repairs to building mechanical and electrical systems \r - Repairs and servicing to roller doors \r - Testing for any lead paint on existing structures and removing the same and repainting structures. \r - Appointing and managing specialist contractors to inspect and repair assets \r - Repair's cleaning and vacuum jetting to culverts across the estate \r - Dredging and clearing site waterways on a periodic basis \r - General repairs to site buildings as and when required. \r - Appointing and managing specialists that may be required to manage the estate e.g., Legionella, asbestos, structural surveys, and designs. \r - Treatment of invasive species \r - Carrying out urgent safety repairs which may involve weekend or extended working. \r - Providing the contractors main site welfare facilities and any satellite facilities that may be required for works. \r - Any other works that may be required \r \r https://procontract.due-north.com/Advert?advertId=0854a68b-ff76-ed11-811c-005056b64545 \r
