The London Borough of Lewisham and Lewisham Homes are seeking tenders for insurance services. The service will be separated into 8 lots as set out below Insurance Services (excluding Broker Services) Lot 1: Property Lot 2: Property - Commercial & Industrial Properties Lot 3: Fidelity Guarantee and Crime Lot 4: Liability Insurance Lot 5: Motor Fleet Insurance Lot 6: Engineering Inspection and Insurance Lot 7: Group Personal Accident & Travel Insurance Lot 8: Terrorism. Contracts will be awarded for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend by an additional 2 years.
