Work description
Cornwall Council seeks the appointment of a designer through the Lot 2 Framework for the Cornwall Workspace Capacity Programme (CWCP), Projects 3 & 4, to determine the most appropriate layout for the site and to develop the scheme to RIBA Stage 3. The two independent workspace projects spread across Cornwall in towns or key corridors (A30/A38) where workspace demand has been identified. The projects will contribute to the objective of creating high wage, high skill, local employment, adding to the resilience of local communities and to the long term strength of the Cornish economy, as identified in the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly LEP's Strategic and Economic Plan (SEP).
