South Cambridgshire District Council - Project Management Services for Refurbishment of 270 Cambridge Science Park

SCDC has acquired a property at 270 Cambridge Science Park that requires refurbishment. The refurbishment services are likely to cost in the region of £4.5 million (including all professional fees) and the refurbishment services will need to be competitively tendered and the construction works managed to successful completion. Therefore, SCDC is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Project Manager to undertake the role of lead consultant in providing Project Management, Working with SCDC staff to undertake the tendering process, Overseeing the refurbishment contract to successful completion and Providing Cost Management. The Initial RIBA stages that we are looking to undertake is 0 to 3 with the option to extend the RIBA stages as necessary up to RIBA 7. Please note therefore SCDC can guarantee up to 0 to 3 only and there are no guarantees that SCDC will award work for RIBA stages 4 to 7.
