Brief Description of Requirement

The research aims to (1) understand the differing impacts of behavioural barriers for homeowners in undertaking retrofit holistically and for installing specific energy improvement measures and (2) generate non-regulatory policy ideas and solutions to overcome the substantial barriers to support consumers to upgrade their homes. It will achieve this with evidence gathered via focus groups with 4 different subgroups of owner-occupiers
