## Description

SMS text services are used to enable the council to communicate with residents of the City of Norwich whose mobile telephone number is already held on file\. The text messages are used for Business Reasons and can be unique one-off text messages or bulk SMS communications for notifications as below\. Customers can opt out at any time\. The contract has been awarded via a Call-off process from G-Cloud 13 framework with Crown Commercial Services \(CCS\)\.
