GB-Saffron Walden: Uttlesford District Council - Community E-Cargo Bikes

Uttlesford District Council (UDC) is seeking to commission a suitably qualified sustainable transport operator to plan, implement and operate a community e-cargo bike within Saffron Walden. The aim is to reduce the miles travelled in private vehicles by business and local residents.
