## Description

WNC required a Housing Management System and due to the recent Local Government restructure in Northamptonshire and have awarded a contract to Capita via a direct award process using the KCS Y20023 Managed Services Framework\. During the term of this contract WNC will be conducting an internal review of all requirements and will run a wider procurement exercise to implement a new contract when this award ceases\.
