## Description

The Council requires the supplier to assist the Council by processing Changes of Circumstance \(COC\) and New Claims for Housing Benefit \(HB\) and Council Tax Reduction \(CTR\), and changes to Council Tax \(CT\) accounts, although it is expected that the majority of the work will be COC's for HB and CTR, including Atlas work, and changes to Student discounts/exemptions and change of address for CT accounts\.
