## Description

This Expression of Interest \(EOI\) seeks information relating to the provision of support to patients of all ages and their families who are cared for in the NHS England highly specialised service for Bardet Biedl Syndrome which is provided from four hospitals in England\. The majority of the support to be provided is remote but also includes supporting patients face to face as they attend outpatient clinics\. A full description of the requirement can be found in the EoI Questionnaire once suppliers have registered their interest\. Please note: the budget for this work is £712,000 exclusive of VAT\.
