Cheshire West and Chester \(CWaC\), wish to appoint a suitably qualified Consultant to develop a Commissioning Strategy for people with learning disabilities and/or autism\. The Consultant will also be required to undertake an options appraisal and make subsequent recommendations to inform the future service delivery model\(s\) that will help to deliver the Commissioning Strategy
