Expression of Interest for the replacement of defective timber windows at the Old Vicarage, High Street, Bolsover within the conservation area

Replacement of defective timber sash and casement windows within a 3 storey former Vicarage currently used by Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Community Mental Health Team. The building is within the Bolsover Central Conservation Area. Works will include the removal of defective windows and their replacement with Mumford & Wood Ltd windows from their conservation range together with repairs to existing timber windows and the repair of a 3 storey bay window.
